• Hazard Vulnerability Analysis - Identifying the highest vulnerabilities to natural and man-made hazards  
• Exercise Development - HSEEP Certified training and exercise services to address your jurisdiction’s specific needs. This is the national standards for training and exercising emergency management plans and processes.   
• Budgeting & Spending - We are Accountants too !!

• Conduct a business impact analysis to identify time-sensitive or critical business functions and processes and the resources that support them.
• Identify, document, and implement to recover critical business functions and processes.
• Organize a business continuity team and compile a business continuity plan to manage a business disruption.
• Conduct training for the business continuity team and testing and exercises to evaluate recovery strategies and the plan.

We have successfully worked in Emergency Management / Preparedness and Response for over 20 years.

We have Real World Emergency Response experience at the State, County and Local levels, as well as the Private sector (Oil & Gas)

We train your employees on team assignments, functions, proper wear and removal of personal protective equipment (PPE) , decontamination procedures, Emergency Treatment Area location selection/operations as well as Victim Triage and Evacuation.

Our experience in the Private Sector includes the Oil & Gas Industry and have hands on experience in the development  and planning of an International Full Scale Exercise (FSE) with the USCG & Canada

 We know the heartbeat of an Emergency Operations Center (EOC) and the incident management team.  We've made decisions to allocate and coordinate resources, provide for incident communications coordination, and help direct the overall disaster emergency response. 

We know PHEP and CRI grants and how to successfully complete and report deliverables as well as design and execute HSEEP related Exercises.
